Maniola Smart Sensing has started to conduct its business management system in compliance with ISO 9001 standards starting from the date of its establishment.
All company processes are tracked through documented procedures that allow management to evaluate the performance of the process and make the entire path leading to the creation of the product reproducible.
The Maniola products (software and hardware) are tested through reproducible evaluation processes that allow the company to make a product compliant with the applicable standards and above all tested in the various stages of the development process.
R&D RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT for software occurs by verifying the requirements of the UNI CEI ISO / IEC 90003: 2015 ('Software and system engineering - Guide for the application of ISO 9001: 2008 to computer software'), applying the techniques and analyzes of its efficiency, effectiveness and reliability.
The research and development for the hardware, takes place in compliance with the product quality standards, in relation to the single application, in particular the company has activated the analysis process of the products developed in compliance with the directive 1999/05 / CE in in particular the DIRECTIVE 2014/30 / EU and the EN 50082 -1; EN 55022; CISPR16 -1; EN61000; ETR 238 ETS / CENELEC; ETS 300826; EN 60950 -1.
The Maniola products are compliant with the 2002/95 / CE standards identified with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), therefore the products used are all of restricted use of lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium.
